Phthalates Linked to Endometriosis
A 2013 study suggests that endometriosis is linked to the xenoestrogens phthalates. A 2025 study endocrine-disrupting compounds (EDCs) seem to play a pivotal role as a causal factor and that EDCs function as xenoestrogens, alter immune function, induce oxidative stress, and disrupt progesterone signaling.
